Why Go Custom?
The Power of Customization
In a saturated market, your packaging is your silent salesman. A custom glass bottle is not merely a container; it is an intellectual property asset that prevents counterfeiting and elevates perceived value. Whether it’s a unique silhouette, an embossed logo, or a specific ergonomic grip, custom glass creates an emotional connection that off-the-shelf bottles simply cannot match.
Why Trust Vitrion with Your Design?
The Vitrion Difference: Why Partner With Us?
Technical Feasibility Expertise
We bridge art and engineering. Many designers draw beautiful bottles that are impossible to manufacture. Our team ensures your design is technically viable from Day 1, saving you time and money on revisions.
Cost-Effective Mold Solutions
Custom doesn’t have to mean expensive. We offer competitive mold costs and flexible amortization plans for high-volume orders, making bespoke packaging accessible even to growing brands.
Intellectual Property Protection
Your design belongs to you. We sign strict NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements). We guarantee that your private molds will never be used for other clients or sold as stock items.
Complex Detail Realization
Mastery of details. Whether it’s sharp angular shoulders, deep internal embossing, or heavy glass bases (lux bottom), our production lines are equipped to handle complex geometries with precision.
What Clients Say About Us
We needed an exceptionally complex bottle for our new gin launch, and several suppliers turned us down—Vitrion Glass didn’t. From 3D modeling to the final product, the level of detail was remarkable. The heavy-base design added incredible presence and made our bottle stand out brilliantly on the shelf.

For a winery, supply-chain reliability during bottling season is critical. Vitrion Glass has delivered on time for three consecutive years. Their Burgundy bottles have a rich, consistent color and perfectly even wall thickness—ideal for our premium wines that require long-term aging.

We were looking for a jar that could showcase the pure, natural color of our honey. Vitrion’s extra flint glass offers exceptional clarity, highlighting the product beautifully. Since switching to their packaging, our retail sales have seen a significant lift.

The decoration work from Vitrion Glass is exceptional. Our gradient frosting and gold-stamping requirements were technically demanding, yet they delivered with zero defects. These aren’t just bottles—they’re pieces of art.

As an extra virgin olive oil producer, we require dark bottles that effectively block UV exposure. The antique green bottles provided by Vitrion are not only elegant and timeless but also excellent at preserving the flavor integrity of our oils.

As a startup beverage brand, we knew nothing about mold development. The Vitrion team guided us patiently from rough sketches all the way to mass production. They’re more than a supplier—they’re mentors.

We run Vitrion bottles on a high-speed filling line and rarely encounter breakage or jams. Their tight tolerance control has significantly improved our production efficiency.

One of the best parts of working with Vitrion Glass is communication. Their response time is outstanding, even across time zones. You can tell they truly understand what ‘urgent’ means and always provide quick, practical solutions.

The Journey to Your Unique Bottle
Glass Bottle
Customization Process

Discovery & Concept
We listen to your vision. Send us a sketch, a mood board, or even a verbal description. Our team analyzes your brand positioning and technical requirements.
Engineering & 3D Modeling
Our designers transform ideas into technical drawings and 3D renderings. We optimize the design for manufacturability (DFM) to ensure the bottle is not only beautiful but durable and production-ready.

Prototyping
Before mass production, we can create 3D printed models (PMMA/Lucite) or produce a pilot mold sample. This allows you to feel the weight, size, and ergonomics in your hand.
04
Mold Creation & Production
Once approved, we cut the full set of production molds. We maintain strict quality control throughout the melting and forming process to ensure consistent glass distribution and clarity.

05

Decoration & Delivery
The final touch. Screen printing, hot stamping, frosting, or coating is applied before the bottles are carefully packed and shipped to your facility.
